Graphical Charting Module
The Tracker module provides powerful customisable whiteboards to track patient cases and correlate them with certain clinical information. The Graphical Charting module allows data to be pulled from clinical records and displayed in graphs as a single- click, real-time dashboard.
Graphs can be displayed on a per- patient and a cross-patient basis. The data recorded within the charts and graphs can then be sliced and diced to give clinicians and manager exactly the view they want. Clinicians can see how their patients are progressing over time relative to the interventions given. This is of particular benefit to the patient
in their journey of care, as it enables clinicians in situations where you have the same measurements being taken from a patient, on multiple occasions, to easily see what trends there are in that data and tailor care accordingly. Managers can analyse the impact
of their healthcare services, identify bottlenecks and produce metrics for reporting.
