Patient Pathways Module
This module can be used by clients as a core tool to monitor patient care by using a specified care plan, that is highly customisable.
Patient Pathways can be configured to create specific care plans for patients and allows clinicians to monitor items on the care plan that are due or overdue. In addition to this the module can also provide a ward overview of what is upcoming today, this week
and next week. This functionality enables the clinician team to ensure all aspects of patient pathways are being addressed as required and ensures patient care is delivered in a timely manner. Should the care provider change, the pathways are easily printable for transfer purposes.
