The Pharmacy module allows Pharmacists to manage medication stock, control their formulary and dispense medications against inpatient and outpatient electronic prescriptions.

The module supports multiple prescribing paradigms such as virtual therapeutic moiety based, virtual medicinal product based, and actual medicinal product based. Formularies can be managed with the ability to limit what is prescribable. Stock can be managed with stock checks supported and orders from wholesalers can be generated and tracked.

During dispensing, expiry dates are automatically checked and nearest to expire medications are suggested first. Pharmacists can customise the pack and bag labels, and MHRA medication warning labels are supported out of
the box. Cold chain and controlled (scheduled) medications are supported, and multiple medication stores can be configured.

The Pharmacy module allows Pharmacists to have complete control over the prescribing formulary, medication stock, and dispensing across an entire organisation.
